Regulatory Examinations

Harper, Rains, Knight & Company, P.A. performs insurance examinations for the Mississippi Department of Insurance. HRK has a certified financial examiner on staff who is a member of the Society of Financial Examiners and the Mississippi Association of Self Insurers.  HRK has conducted numerous insurance examinations in the areas of life, accident and health, credit life and disability, property and casualty, medical malpractice, surety, title, health insurance companies, and health maintenance organizations.
