Harper, Rains, Knight & Company, P.A. provides information technology (“IT”) internal audit services. These services assist the client in their evaluation of the effectiveness of IT controls. This is a consulting service following the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”), Statements on Standards for Consulting Services and the Information System Audit and Control Associations.

To provide information technology audits, HRK has two Certified Information Systems Auditors (“CISAs”) on staff. Services we provide include:

• Vulnerability testing
• Security testing
• Other procedures necessary to assess IT controls
